It is suggested that you should at least take 2.5 cups of fresh vegetable in a day. The vegetable should be of different types because it produces more vitamins and energy. Citrus fruits helps in fighting the cancer. Because of surgery and treatment you might have lost weight. So, snacking healthy food all day would help you to regain the weight. You could rely on cheese, eggs, yoghurt and other sources of protein. Avoid snacking on acidic food and packaged food as these can worsen the situation.
